Please pay attention to this short guideline when registering for the Afternoon Workshops & Lectures:

  • ⚡ When registration for the Afternoon Workshops & Lectures starts, please register for 1 workshop (or lecture) in each slot.
  • 🛎️ The Afternoon Workshops & Lectures are divided in 5 slots. You will need to select up to 5 workshops (or lectures): 1 workshop (or lecture) in each slot. You will not be able to select more than 1 workshop in each slot.
  • 🚫Workshop Presenters: Please do not register for your own workshop and for any workshop in the slot when your workshop is held. 
  • 📯 In case of the Afternoon Workshop ...
    • (NA-01) "When love avails not: challenges of working with people who cannot love" by Scott Baum → there are 2 parts: Part 1 in the 3rd Slot (Friday) and Part 2 in the 4th Slot (Friday).
    • (NA-11) "Cephalic shock" by Robert Lewis there are 3 parts: Part 1 in the 1st Slot (Thursday), Part 2 in the 3rd Slot (Friday) and Part 3 in the 4th Slot (Friday).
    • (EU-28) "Treatment of trauma in bioenergetics analysis" by Violaine de Clerck → there are 2 parts: Part 1 in the 4th Slot (Friday) and Part 2 in the 5th Slot (Saturday)
    Please don't forget to register for Part 1 and 2 (if NA-01 and EU-28) and for Part 1, 2 and 3 (if NA-11).
  • 🖋️ The registration will be done on a first come first served basis in case of Workshops with Maximum Number of Participants. Please do not postpone your selection, do it as soon as possible. Remember that the later you do it the fewer options you will have. On-site registration for the Afternoon Workshops (& Lectures) will be very difficult to handle.
  • 🕒 Saturday, May 25: The Membership Meeting (only for IIBA Members) will take place from 15:00 to 16:30. During these 1,5 hours, no further workshop or lecture will take place. If you are a Non IIBA Member but you have special interest in the Membership Meeting, please contact the IIBA Team.

Workshop proposals

Thank you to everyone who applied to present a workshop at the 25th IIBA International Conference. We received more than 50 proposals! The proposals are being reviewed by our Scientific Committee and applicants will be notified soon. We sincerely appreciate all of the submissions.
Please note:  We are reminding all applicants to register for the Conference before the final approval of their presentations.
 

Call for proposals

Whatever, we continue to welcome and encourage proposals and abstracts for the Afternoon Workshops of the IIBA International Conference 2019.

Please submit all proposals and abstracts via submission form by October 15, 2018.

The Scientific Committee will give priority to presentations that address the topics of the Conference title or relates to the general theme in some other way. Also, preference will be given to presentations that focus on the applications to clinical practice.
